He is a consultant with a senior management background acquired over 29 years in the private sector and 10 years to both the public and private sectors in Canada and the U.S. His broad background includes sales and marketing, strategic planning, general management and performance measurement. Some of André's past clients include federal, provincial, state and local government agencies across Canada and the USA; further, André teaches performance measurement in English and in French in the executive development programs of three leading Canadian universities.
