Ms. Waung provides strategic consulting services, including business model development, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis, to public and private sector organizations. Her primary activities include strategy consulting and research into applications and markets. Ms. Waung focuses on Federal government applications of biometrics, including homeland security and law enforcement initiatives. Ms. Waung holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College.
