Scott Shubert is a Regional Systems Administrator for the US Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs, Passport Services. Scott coordinates systems activities for passport agencies in the Eastern, Southern, and Midwestern United States and manages programs which include the Travel Document Issuance System and Passport Service’s Facial Recognition program for Passport Services.
