Ryan Cook, SPHR has focused more than 15 years of his career on recruitment operations in all facets of talent acquisition: agency recruiting, corporate talent acquisition and professional services. He is currently a Global Talent Strategy Consultant for LinkedIn where he is responsible for helping Talent Acquisition leaders in the worlds’ largest, most complex companies leverage the confluence of technology, marketing and recruitment to connect people with opportunities around the world, at massive scale.

Ryan is passionate about incorporating cutting‐edge technology, social recruiting, and employment marketing into the talent acquisition process to improve productivity, maximize cost‐efficiency, and tap into hidden talent pools.
