Steve Mamarchev

Steve Mamarchev, Inward’s Vice President, Research and Best Practices, is a 30 year veteran in marketing and consumer insights, having worked in both the US and Canada on the agency and marketing research supplier sides. His agency work includes stints at Arnold, Vickers & Benson, DDB Needham and Cossette, where he provided research acumen on a broad array of categories including automotive, financial services, technology, professional services, travel & hospitality, CPG, retail, food & beverage, healthcare and the public sector.

While at Inward, Steve has directed both qualitative and quantitative research studies at regional, national and international levels – ranging from start-up clients to Fortune 100 organizations – covering virtually every private and public sector industry.

Much of his work throughout his career as a researcher and consultant has revolved around Human Resources Communications Planning on such topics as human capital acquisition and retention, employer branding, employee engagement, internal brand assessments and change transformation.  He is an active member of both the AMA (American Marketing Association) and SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
