Rob Markovic is the Global Talent Acquisition Advisor for B/E Aerospace a $3 Billion company and the worldwide leading manufacturer of aircraft passenger cabin interior products for the commercial and business jet aircraft markets.
A veteran in the human capital market, Rob has spent the last 15 years building best-of-class talent acquisition systems that encompass , global employment branding, recruiter development, sourcing channel management and university relations.
Right out of school, Rob applied his degree in Biological Sciences and his graduate studies in Biochemistry to start his career with a staffing firm recruiting scientists. He was quickly asked to start and managed a new staffing division for one of the largest national recruitment firms, K-Force with a specialized focus of recruiting scientists and engineers for a variety of companies.
He then took on the challenge of building internal corporate recruiting organizations at major companies like Ball Aerospace and ConocoPhillips. During his tenure at Conoco, Ball asked Rob to return and manage Talent Acquisition for the company. Ultimately Rob was recruited to B/E Aerospace for an opportunity to truly innovate talent acquisition. His responsibilities include global employment branding, recruiter development, sourcing channel management, university relations, and participating on the HR leadership team.
