Richard has been in both the public and private side of university card programs since 1997 working for small startups and large universities. He has championed several innovative technologies to provide campuses with successful biometric, access control, printing, laundry, and stored value systems. Richard is currently the Director of the Eagle Card Program for Georgia Southern University.
