Noreen is an experienced communications professional in both internal and external communications in the environmental, automotive, energy and healthcare sectors. Currently, she leads Employee Communications and Engagement with Siemens Healthcare Customer Services, a unit of Siemens AG. Prior to joining Siemens, Noreen was Director of Corporate Communications for Elster Group SE, a global energy company with U.S. headquarters in Raleigh, NC.
She previously served in a variety of progressive communications roles with General Motors in Detroit, MI. Noreen earned her M.S.A. in General Administration from Central Michigan University, and B.A. in Communications from Eastern Illinois University.
