Marcy has 15 years of direct digital experience leading the web strategy, design and implementation efforts for all marketing, e-commerce, operational and product development projects. She has the expertise to manage the perfect balance of achieving business goals, creating delightful user experiences and leveraging functional capabilities/technology.

Marcy joined Pitney Bowes in 2000 as Manager, Internet Marketing and implemented the first Pitney Bowes customer opt-in email program. For the first time, Pitney Bowes marketed products and services to both customers and prospects, which resulted in increased supplies and small business product sales. Since her start at Pitney Bowes, Marcy has held a variety of roles that span all aspects of the web. Marcy managed the customer experience for My Account and worked with various business unit stakeholders to implement self-service transactions. Marcy identified a gap with support content and launched the first online support knowledgebase that contains content to help clients solve problems without calling us. In 2005, Marcy was promoted to Director, Online Self Service and responsible to shift customer phone calls to digital channels. Through this initiative, Marcy introduced the concept of online chat support. Marcy then transitioned to an online product role, partnering with Product Management and Engineering to assist in the development of new web products such as Delivery Tracking & Electronic Return Receipt, Total Postage Management, Total Postage Reporting, and more.

Prior to Pitney Bowes, Marcy worked at MicrWarehouse as Manager, Internet Marketing where she was responsible for the online sales of supplies, storage and supplies products.

Marcy holds an M.B.A. degree in Marketing from Sacred Heart University and graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. degree in English.
