Lonya French

Loni is the community manager of the Pitney Bowes internal social network. In this role, she leads network adoption, employee education and is responsible for the overall management and success of the network.

She is also accountable for the intranet content management strategy and partners with global content owners helping them create, manage and maintain sites through governance and a distributed publishing model.

Loni also manages the distribution of enterprise messages through other employee facing channels, such as email and digital signage. She works with key Company stakeholders to enhance these channels to ensure employees are able to receive and find the news, resources and tools they need to successfully do their jobs.

With over 5 years’ experience with SharePoint for intranets and multiple Yammer certifications; Loni has positioned herself as an expert in channel management, internal social networks and SharePoint. Loni earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Communications from the College of Mount Saint Vincent where she majored in Journalism and Business.
