Laura is a creative technology professional with expertise in change management, portfolio planning, program and project management, and customer experience analysis. Additionally Laura has international business experience directing multidisciplinary, multinational teams focused on planning and transformation programs in the software and telecommunications industries.
Laura’s previous positions included working with the CIO team at Alcatel-Lucent leading and delivering communication and change management strategies for transformation programs.
