Kirk Scarbrough joined Teach For America’s Internal Communication team in 2012, but his history with the organization began in 2010. Fresh out of college, he joined the program’s teaching corps as an elementary teacher in San Antonio. Over the past two years, Kirk has developed innovative ways for the organization to share news, celebrate accomplishments, and disseminate important information through live and produced video. In his spare time, Kirk can be found catching a play, eating a taco, and exploring his ever-changing Brooklyn neighborhood. Kirk is a 2010 graduate from the Communications Studies program at West Texas A&M University.
