Kim Jokisch is the director of employment branding and media at Red Hat, the world’s leading open source software provider. Jokisch joined Red Hat in 2002 and established Red Hat University, the company’s internal training and development offering. In 2006, she created Red Hat’s first internal communications team and then led the digital media group. She leads a creative team within the talent acquisition organization, marketing Red Hat as an employer of choice in the IT industry and cultivating the company’s culture.
