Kelli Carlson-Jagersma

As Wells Fargo’s Leader of Internal Collaboration, Kelli Carlson-Jagersma oversees internal social media strategies and team member training and education around all Wells Fargo social media properties. Her responsibilities include integration of team member social engagement, cross-partner collaboration strategy, and deploying social media education across the company.

Kelli has been active in the internal collaboration space for more than 15 years. Most recently she was the VP of Collaboration Strategy for Wholesale Banking, where she also held numerous communications, technology and strategy roles in prior years. Before joining Wells Fargo, Kelli managed the Intranet/Extranet Portal at Retek (now Oracle Retail), and created its first Intranet and social site, twiki in 1999. She earned a B.A. in Scandinavian Studies & Political Science from the University of Minnesota.

She is the founder of the Twin Cities Intranet/Collaboration forum in Minneapolis, where she is based, and is active with numerous community nonprofits, including leading fundraising efforts on behalf of Team Wells Fargo at both the Minneapolis and San Francisco Susan Komen Race for the Cure over the last 5 years.
