Kassandra Barnes leads the research strategy, design and execution for all B2B and Employment Branding research at CareerBuilder. Currently at CareerBuilder, Kassandra conducts numerous thought leadership initiatives including annual research on Candidate Behavior and the Talent Crunch which drives marketing content and sales assets. In addition to thought leadership research, Kassandra also uncovers what talent finds most important in a job and helps build data driven insights around those strengths and opportunities.
Within CareerBuilder, Kassandra is the subject matter expert on candidate behavior and how the digital landscape has changed the way people search for jobs.
Kassandra received an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Transylvania University. She earned her M.A. in Communications and Media Studies from William Paterson University.
