Edward’s background in communications, marketing and social media over the past decade position him to help transform employee communities into “hubs” of creativity and discovery. He helps employees understand the tools that a social intranet has to offer and tailor them to address key business needs. In doing so, Edward fosters an increasingly collaborative culture that can drive innovation and business results.

At Thomson Reuters, Edward’s responsibilities include evangelizing and educating Thomson Reuters staff on the importance and value of participating in The Hub (their internal community powered by Jive), growing engagement, facilitating migration and curating content within the community.

Prior to Thomson Reuters, Edward was Community manager for Buzz, the internal employee social network, at The McGraw Hill Companies.
