Brad Wilkins

Bradford Wilkins is the Director of Talent Management & HR Services at Adcap Network Systems, the 2013 Cisco Partner of the Year, AJC “Best Place to Work in Atlanta” and an “INC 5000” company.

Specializing in innovative, talent-management strategies at growing companies, Bradford is responsible for an integrated talent strategy, incorporating talent acquisition, talent development and organizational effectiveness. Previously, Bradford worked for several technology start-ups in NYC and was the co-founder of WSE, which grew from two people to 1,200 people in less than three years.

In 2014, Bradford was named the #1 Recruiter in the country by TheLadders.com and Adcap was recognized as the #2 overall for its hiring practices. He was also nominated by SHRM-Atlanta in 2013 and 2014 for a Pegasus Award, recognizing excellence and innovation in human resources. Recently featured in Talent Management Magazine, Bradford is has spoken at events for LinkedIn, TheLadders.com, Workforce Live, TLNT, ALI and The Talent Management Alliance.
