Holder of a Bachelor degree in Psychology with a major in Job Performance Psychology and a university certificate in Marketing, Arnaud has over 15 years of professional experience in the Talent Acquisition area. During his career, he has developed an expertise in conception, implementation and management of key programs and initiatives to drive Talent Acquisition strategies covering all aspects of Talent Attraction, Employer Branding, Recruitment processes and Onboarding programs.
After starting his career within recruiting firms like Procom, he has worked for large corporations like Rogers Communication. Arnaud joined Uni-Select in October 2010 in order to implement all Talent Acquisition programs in North-America, and by the same token attract the best Talent on the market.
Passionate by his work, Arnaud is known for his creativity, adopting rigorous professional standards and team spirit. He uses business best practices by creating a work environment where people can realize their full potential.
